Evelyn Rimmer

Evelyn has over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  She joined USAA in 1993 and has held positions in Policy Service, Underwriting Operations, and Staff Underwriting.  She is currently an Experience Owner for Eligibility on the Join USAA team.  Prior to joining USAA, Evelyn was a Personal Lines Manager for a Nationwide Insurance Agency in Virginia Beach, VA.  Evelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA) and a Master of Arts in Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.  She obtained the CPCU designation in 2007.

Joley Day-Mayfield

Joley Day-Mayfield is a Business Process Consultant Lead in the Auto Claims Experience team for First Notification of Loss (FNOL).  Joley has served USAA members and customers for over 30 years in various operational claim functions during her tenure with USAA.  Joley has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) through the Association of Insurance Compliance Professional (AICP) and Market Conduct Management (MCM).   She also earned the CPCU, AIC, SCLA and SM designations.

Natalie Banda

Natalie joined USAA in 2011 and is currently a Business Strategy & Planning Manager in P&C. She is responsible for establishing and maintaining Auto routines and delivering Auto GM content for key executive business meetings. Natalie received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UTSA and is completing her dual degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration through Our Lady of the Lake University. She received her CPCU designation in 2016, and also maintains the Associate in Risk Management (ARM).  Natalie actively volunteers with the San Antonio Food Bank and on the PTA committee at Connally Middle School and Elrod Elementary.

Aaron Vasquez

Aaron Vasquez is a Property Adjuster with USAA handling complex dwelling claims. He has been with the company for 5 years. He has worked with a Catastrophe Unit handling Wind and Hail Losses and in virtual catastrophe teams. Aaron was just deployed for the tornadoes in Dallas acting as the site lead supporting operations that supported the members in the affected area. He was selected for Manager Candidate School and completed the training program earlier this year. He has a Bachelors degree from UTSA, and is currently working on his Masters Degree in Insurance Management through Boston University.  Aaron completed his CPCU designation January 2019.

Dwane Brown

Dwane is a Lead Product Owner supporting the maturity of USAA’s lean agile and portfolio management practices.  In his 20-plus year career at USAA, he has worked as a Program Manager, Business Advisor, Product Line Manager, insurance agent and claims adjuster. Dwane has an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a business management degree from the University of Phoenix. He is a CPCU, Scaled Agilest (SA), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Trained Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Cherie Bracher

Cherie currently serve as a Director of Litigation Operations for USAA. She is a highly motivated insurance professional with extensive experience in handing a variety of loss exposures. Her experience spans 19 years with 15 years in leadership. She obtained her CPCU in 1996 and is pursuing her Masters of Science in Insurance Management at Boston University. She is passionate about building diverse relationships in order to foster impactful discussion on both professional growth and business direction. Cherie is married and has 4 boys and is a fitness enthusiast and loves triathlons, running, obstacle racing, and anything that mixes a little competition with fun.

Julie Andrade

Julie has worked at Allstate for 28 years in the Claims Department, including roles as adjuster and manager/leader of Personal Lines, Casualty and Litigation.

She is currently a Retained Counsel Associate Manager and her team conducts oversight of counsel used by the Claims Department for Allstate.  Julie received her CPCU designation in 2007 and has actively supported the Alamo Chapter in the past as an Ethics Chair, a Director and as Secretary of the Board.

Ruth Peterson

Ruth joined USAA in 1989 and is currently an Underwriting Adherence Advisor with responsibility for compliance in the implementation of new programs and processes.  Ruth received her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from UTSA.  She received her CPCU designation in 2004, and also maintains the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations.  She is currently working on her Enterprise Risk Management designation.  Outside of work and CPCU, Ruth shops, watches B grade science fiction and travels, not necessarily in that order.

Amanda White

Amanda joined USAA in 2001 and is currently a Development Product Owner Lead in P&C Modernization responsible for the development  of quality IT development projects and solutions.  Amanda received her Bachelor's Degree in Music from Meredith, and an MBA in Risk Management through Walden University.  She received her CPCU designation in 2005, and also maintains the Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designations.  Outside of work and CPCU, Amanda actively volunteers with Paws 4 Hearts Working Therapy Dogs.
