Scott Southers

Scott has more than 27 years of experience at USAA in the claims environment, with various positions such as 1st and 3rd Party Casualty Adjuster, Member Relations Analyst in Staff Claims, Litigation Manager for PIP suits and, currently,  as a Litigation Manager handling all types of Recovery Litigation cases.  Scott graduated with a BA from UTSA and an MBA from the University of Phoenix and holds the CPCU, AIC, API, SCLA and CSRP designations.  He is currently interested in pursuing a Juris Master in American Legal Studies at Liberty University.  Scott supports his community and church.  Apart from work, he loves his family, the outdoors and sports.

Jeremy Diller

Jeremy Diller is the Director of Risk Management for the Texas Association of Public Schools Property and Liability Fund (TAPS).   He earned an MBA in 2011, a Masters in Arts in 2005, and a Bachelor’s Degree in 1996.  He also holds a Charter Property Casualty Underwriting (CPCU) designation, an Associate in Risk Management (ARM and ARM-P) designation, and a Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) certification.  Jeremy is married and is the father of four wonderful boys followed by a beautiful daughter.

Dyna Deluna

Dyna began her career at USAA in March of 2000 and is currently a Product Management Director.  Her primary focus is meeting member needs and achieving Homeowners insurance financial and market objectives.  Dyna graduated with a BA in Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word. Her professional designations include the Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA), Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Product Manager (CPM) and Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM).

Evelyn Rimmer

Evelyn has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry.  She joined USAA in 1993 and held positions in both Policy Service and Underwriting Operations and Staff Underwriting.  She is currently a Lead Program/Project Manager for the Eligibility team.  Prior to joining USAA, Evelyn was a Personal Lines Manager for a Nationwide Insurance Agency in Virginia Beach, VA.  Evelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA) and a Master of Arts in Administration from University of the Incarnate Word.  She obtained the CPCU designation in 2007

Jessica Dimond

Jessica joined USAA in 1998 and is currently a Financial Analyst in P&C Senior Financial Office. She is responsible for expense forecasting, management, variance analysis and reporting. Jessica received her BA in Management (2006) and MBA in Finance (2013) from Our Lady of The Lake University. Her professional designations include Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Amanda White

Amanda joined USAA in 2001 and is currently a Business Manager in P&C Business Development responsible for the development  of quality IT development projects and solutions.  Amanda received her Bachelor's Degree in Music from Meredith, and an MBA in Risk Management through Walden University.  She received her CPCU designation in 2005, and also maintains the Associate in General Insurance (AINS) and Associate in Personal Insurance (API) designations.  Outside of work and CPCU, Amanda actively volunteers with Paws 4 Hearts Working Therapy Dogs.

Natalie Banda

Natalie has been working at USAA in the insurance industry for 5 years. She began her career as a Policy Service Representative skilled in personal lines insurance and in providing coaching and leadership support. Currently she is assisting the membership and peers as a personal lines Fulfillment Underwriter and mentor.  Natalie secured her CPCU in 2016 and is anticipates completing her ARM certification in February of 2017. Concurrently, Natalie is also pursuing a dual Masters in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership. On her free time Natalie finds solace in volunteering and spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 children.

Ruth Peterson

Ruth joined USAA in January 1989 as a member contact professional.  She has worked in several of their regional offices and is currently part of the digital development team.  Ruth graduated with a BA from UTSA.  Apart from work, she loves to travel.  Her travels have included trips to Russia, Poland, and China as part of Risk Management and Insurance delegations with the People 2 People organization.

Geri-Lee Smith

Geri-Lee received her BA from Wittenberg University in 1987.  She started her property/casualty career in 1987 with American States.  From 1994 to 2002 she worked in the Surety/Bonds industry. She spent two years on the agency side of the insurance business.  Geri-Lee has been with Union Standard Insurance Company as an Assitant Underwriter since 2006. She received by CPCU in 1995. She on the board on several occasions as a Director and worked on the Ethics committee for 3 years while a member of the Alamo Chapter.
